Quad Blepharoplasty

This gentleman started show signs of againg at a relatively young age. There was some excess skin in the upper eyelids and he had fat pockets as well. He underwent an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty in the operating room. Take notice of his natural and masculine appearance.

Our patient came to our office because she had a tired look to her eyes and wanted solutions. She had prominent fat pockets in her lower eyelids as well as heavy upper eyelids and brows. An upper and lower (Quad) eyelid blepharoplasty with microneedling to tighten the lower eyelid skin was performed. She also had an endoscopic brow lift to slightly lift her brows and open her eyes.

This patient wanted subtle changes but a significant improvement. Her brows were quite low in which it caused hooding of her upper eyelids and she also had lower lid eye bags. She underwent an endoscopic browlift with Endotine fixation as well as a quad blepharoplasty with CO2 laser to her lower eyelids. The results were noticed right away and the patient was ecstatic about her results. The best part is there is minimal down time and the patient was resuming normal activities after the 1st of week.

Our lovely patient had significant brow ptosis. Her brows were quite low in which it caused hooding of her upper eyelids. She also had a lower eyelid fat pockets and she also benefited from an upper eyelid blepharoplasty . She underwent an endoscopic browlift with Endotine fixation and a quad blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelid surgery). The results were noticed right away and the patient was ecstatic about her results. Her postoperative photos were taken only 3 months after surgery.

This patient had prior ptosis surgery and was left with some minor asymmetries between the upper eyelids. There was some excess skin in the upper eyelids, more so in the right medial portion of her eyelid. She also had prominent fat pockets in her lower eyelids, which were resulting in her looking constantly tired. An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed, note that given her underlying hollowing, fat was repositioned to help improve her hollowing.

This patient had some minor asymmetries on her upper eyelids and fat prolapsed on her lower eyelids. The prominent fat pockets in her lower eyelids made her appear tired even though she was well rested. An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed, also known as a quad blepharoplasty. Notice the subtle enhancement that gives her a natural and refreshed appearance.
