Beautiful new eyes after an Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty with Nasal Fat Pad Removal Bilateral Ptosis Repair Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with FatRepositioning, Skin Pinch and Canthopexy. This was a bit of a complex case however 1 month out she is looking fabulous and will continue to heal with time.

These photos are just 3 weeks out from surgery and as you can still see he is obviously healing but the mild swelling and hyperpigmentation will improve with time.

This patient not only wanted to improve the excess skin on the upper eyelid but also improve the fat pockets under the eye and have a more refreshed look. Her energy and active lifestyle did not match the appearance of her eyes and just 3 weeks after surgery, she looked refreshed, rejuvenated and rested.

Although she is of Asian descent, she desired to keep her natural creases, so an upper eyelid blepharoplasty alone was done here with no double eyelid crease formation. Given the significant amount of excess skin on the lower eyelids, a skin pinch with canthopexy was also performed to improve and stabilize. She is 6 weeks out from surgery in these photos and she is healing great!

This patient underwent an endoscopic brow lift as well as an upper and lower blepharoplasty with a C02 laser to the lower lids to help tighten the skin after excess fat was removed and repositioned. We absolutely love her results just 3 months out from surgery!
