The patient has ptosis in her right upper lid. Right upper lid ptosis repair was done (minimally invasive approach) through the undersurface of the lid. No skin incisions were made. The patient has a symmetric result and is very happy with her appearance.

This patient had significant droopy upper lids (ptosis), left worse than right. Her lids were affecting her ability to see well and function with her daily activities. She underwent a minimally invasive ptosis repair to help lift her lids without making a direct incision in her skin. The procedure was all done internally to minimize scar and optimize healing.

This patient has significant excess skin in both upper lids (left worse than right), which was resulting in difficulty seeing well. He also had a droopy left upper lid (ptosis), which needed to be repaired at the same time. He underwent upper lid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin and a left lid ptosis repair. At the same time, a left external browpexy was performed to keep his left brow stabilized while he heals since his left brow position was lower than the right. The incisions have healed well with little to no signs of surgery. Note the improvement in his ability to see better and appear more rested from this surgery.

This patient had droopy upper lids and excess skin, both of which together were resulting in her inability to see well and constantly appearing tired. A skin-only blepharoplasty along with a minimally invasive ptosis repair (using the same incisions) was performed. The patient did well and was very happy with her results.

This patient had significant upper lid excess skin that was blocking her vision. She also had a droopy right brow which was worsening her excess upper lid skin. She underwent removal of her excess skin (essentially a blepharoplasty-like technique) to help allow for her to see better. A right brow lift was also performed to help reposition her right brow to a higher position.

This patient had excess skin and droopy upper lids which were resulting in her inability to see well. She wished to undergo surgery to help her see better and look more youthful. An upper lid ptosis repair was performed to lift up her droopy lids. Her excess skin was also removed in her upper lids through a skin-only blepharoplasty procedure. She also had a lower lid blepharoplasty performed. Her photographs were taken 1 year after surgery.
