The patient underwent brow and lid ptosis surgery to help him see better and look more awake and rested. The brow ptosis repair was performed though a minimally invasive technique where small incisions were placed above the brow to help lift them to a more natural position. The incisions have healed well and they are barely noticeable. He also underwent a lid ptosis repair such that the droopy eyelids were also lifted.

This 58 year-old male had excess skin in his upper lids and droopy brows, both of which were resulting in his difficulty seeing well and also a tired appearance. He underwent an upper lid ptosis repair to help remove the upper lid skin. In order to help address his low set brows (brow ptosis), an external browpexy procedure was performed. This is a minimally-invasive procedure helps stabilize his lids to a slightly higher position. This small incision heals well within the wrinkles above his brows.

This 64 year-old male had excess upper lid skin and droopy upper brows, both of which were causing him to have difficulty seeing. His low-set brows were also worsening his excess skin in his upper lids. He underwent repair of his excess skin by a blepharoplasty-like procedure. In order to help lift his brows to more natural position, he had an external browpexy procedure. The incisions are small and heal extremely well, and you can notice the brows are stabilized a slightly higher position.

This is the same patient as seen above who had left upper lid ptosis (you can see the differences well in this view of the upper lid positions) and excess lower lid skin and some prolapse of orbital fat. Note the improvement in his lower lid appearance after undergoing surgery. He has natural-looking results with a significant improvement in his lower lid “excess” skin and you can also see how the prolapsed fat pads are not present anymore.
