This male had fairly prominent lower eyelid fat pockets, making him look constantly tired. A lower eyelid blepharoplasty using a transconjunctival approach (non-visible, minimally invasive approach) was performed. Fat was also repositioned to improve his lower eyelid hollowing.

This patient had a few complaints including droopy upper eyelids, lower eyelid bags, and hollowing/dark circles. A customized approach was taken to address all three issues: upper eyelid ptosis repair and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with complete fat repositioning was performed.
