This male desired an improvement in his upper eyelid and brows. He was tired of the heavy feeling of having excess skin and his brows weighing down on his eyelids. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty and a brow lift (modified, naturally designed male brow lift) was performed to improve his appearance and symptoms. This procedure was performed in the office in just under an hour using only local anesthesia.

An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty (quad blepharoplasty) was performed to improve this patient’s appearance. A combined facelift was also performed at the same time by Dr. Richard Zoumalan, a board-certified facial plastic surgeon.

This patient had under eye bags and wished to have an improvement. A lower eyelid blepharoplasty, with fat repositioning, and a chemical peel was performed. Quick recovery, and a natural looking result!

The fat pockets (eye bags), hollowing, and wrinkles were all carefully addressed using a minimally invasive procedure that Dr. Zoumalan terms a Natural Looking Blepharoplasty® technique.

This patient had fairly significant lower lid fat pockets. Delicate removal of the fat pockets along with fat repositioning was performed for volume preservation to improve his appearance. Given the advanced techniques used to preserve his lower eyelid volume, no skin was required to be removed, allowing the patient a quick recovery and the preservation of his natural eyelid appearance.

This young male had very prominent fat prolapse in his lower eyelids. Advanced lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery using minimally invasive incision and fat repositioning was performed. No change in eyelid shape was required, and the patient healed well with a quick recovery.
