This male patient underwent an Asian eyelid surgery to improve his upper eyelid appearance. Excess skin was removed, and his lid crease was refined to maintain a natural but enhanced appearance.

This patient had low set brow and excess skin in his upper eyelids. An upper eyelid and brow ptosis surgery was performed to allow for a more rested and improved appearance.

This patient underwent a significant improvement in his eyelid appearance after undergoing a quad blepharoplasty and ptosis repair. He had his excess skin and fat removed in both his upper and lower eyelids, and he also underwent a mild brow lift/suspension at the same time. Lower lid fat repositioning to preserve his lower eyelid volume along with a chemical peel was also performed.

This patient wished to have a more “softer” look to his eyelids. He wished to improve his upper eyelid appearance and look less tired. He was also wishing to have his lower lid “bags” or fat pockets improved. A quad blepharoplasty along with upper eyelid ptosis repair was performed. Note the refreshed appearance he has attained after eyelid surgery.

This patient only desired to undergo upper eyelid surgery. Despite having lower eyelid aging changes, he only wished to undergo an upper eyelid blepharoplasty to improve his ability to see well in his peripheral vision. Excess skin was weighing down on his upper eyelids. This procedure took less than one hour to perform using only local anesthesia in our office.

This patient wished to have excess skin removed in his upper eyelids. There was some asymmetry to his upper eyelids, the left had more skin. A customized, upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to improve his appearance, help him look more refreshed, and also more symmetrical.
