This patient has significant upper eyelid and brow excess tissue, and prominent lower lid fat pockets. A quad blepharoplasty and a brow suspension/brow lift surgery was performed. Note the natural looking results.

Excess skin and low set brows were weighing down on this patient’s eyelids and resulting in difficulty seeing in the periphery. A natural looking upper eyelid blepharoplasty with a brow lift/suspension was performed to allow him to have a result that was effective but also preserving his own natural look.

This patient had significant asymmetry in his upper eyelids: his right upper eyelid was droopy (ptosis) and he had excess skin in his upper eyelids. In order to address his asymmetry, a right upper eyelid ptosis repair and an upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed bilaterally. Note the natural looking results.

There was a significant amount of asymmetry in both upper eyelids, more excess skin was noted in the right than the left upper eyelid. A blepharoplasty was tailored to remove skin in the upper lids to improve the appearance and also improve the symmetry between the two eyelids.

He had very significant upper eyelid and eyebrow ptosis, resulting in a reduction in his peripheral vision. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty and brow lift was performed to improve his appearance and ability to see well. The reddish pigmentation on his left upper eyelid is a birthmark.

This patient had some asymmetry in his upper lids, where his left eyelid was more droopy (ptotic) than his right upper eyelid. He also has under eye bags and excess skin. An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with a left upper eyelid ptosis repair, was performed. This is an example of a very customized eyelid surgery to improve the symmetry between the two eyelids. Notice the refreshed appearance, the after photo was taken four months out from surgery.
