This gentleman had very heavy lids and brows and they were affecting his vision and ability to see well. Both had to be addressed in order to achieve a good result. The brow lift incisions were actually made above his eyebrows; note that you the incisions have healed incredibly well and they often look just like forehead wrinkles once they are healed. The excess skin was removed through a typical upper lid blepharoplasty approach. He has achieved a natural looking result that made him appear happier and well rested.

This gentleman wished to improve his lower eyelid bags. The Natural Looking Blepharoplasty™ procedure with fat repositioning was performed to help improve the patient’s appearance while maintaining his masculinity.

This male underwent a lower eyelid surgery to improve his under eye appearance. He had prominent fat pockets and volume loss. A lower eyelid blepharoplasty using a minimally invasive approach was performed. Excess fat was repositioned along his lower eyelid area to improve the hollowing a well. Notice the natural looking result, where both the excess fat pockets are removed and his hollowing is also improved.

This patient had very significant brow ptosis and excess skin in his upper eyelids. A customized, lateral brow lift and an upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to help improve his appearance. The procedure was performed in our office in just under an hour using just local anesthesia.
