Our patient came to our office because he appeared to be tired and wanted an improvement. He had prominent fat pockets in his lower eyelids as well as heavy upper eyelids. An upper and lower (Quad) eyelid blepharoplasty with CO2 laser was performed . The laser helped to tighten the lower eyelid skin and build collagen.

This patient had very droopy lids and brows and they were affecting his peripheral vision and ability to see well. Both had to be addressed in order to achieve a good surgical result. The brow lift incisions were actually made above his eyebrows; note that you the incisions have healed incredibly well and they often look just like forehead wrinkles once they are healed. The excess skin was removed through a typical upper lid blepharoplasty approach. He has achieved a natural looking result.

An upper and lower (Quad) eyelid blepharoplasty with chemical peel to tighten the lower eyelid skin was performed. Ptosis repair was performed to tighten the muscle and lift his eyelids for a less droopy appearance. He also had a direct brow lift to create better symmetry with his eyebrows and upper lids. This gentleman started show signs of againg at a relatively young age. There was some excess skin in the upper eyelids and he had fat pockets as well. He underwent an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty in the operating room. Take notice of his natural and masculine appearance.

This patient underwent an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty . He appeared tired although he was well rested but started to notice some changes due to the natural ageing process. There was some excess skin in the upper eyelids and fat prolapse on the lower eyelids. A quad blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelids with fat repositioning) was performed with fantastic natural and masculine looking results.
