This patient complained of lower lid bags and dark circles. She underwent a lower lid cosmetic eyelid surgery to improve her appearance. A minimally invasive approach was used (through a transconjunctival approach) to trim excess fat pockets and to reposition or redistribute her excess fat into her lower lid hollows. A chemical peel was then applied to tighten her lower lid skin. She also underwent an upper lid endoscopic brow lift (using endotine fixation) and midface and cheek fat grafting to improve her volume loss.

This patient was unhappy about the excess and bags around her eyelid area and desired cosmetic eyelid surgery. She underwent upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. Minimally invasive techniques were used to remove excess skin and fat. An endoscopic brow lift was performed to help elevate her brows to a higher position. She is now one year out in this photo and shows an improved appearance to her lids and brows.

This 72 year-old male underwent upper and lower lid cosmetic eyelid surgery. A ptosis surgery was also performed at the same time to lift his mildly droopy upper lids and right brow. He underwent lower lid blepharoplasty in order to remove his excess fat pockets. Fat repositioning was also performed to help reposition (or move) some of the excess fat into his infraorbital rim hollows.

This 58year-old male had excess skin and fat pockets in his upper and lower lids and wished to undergo cosmetic eyelid surgery. An upper and lower lid blepharoplasty was performed, where excess skin and fat pockets were carefully removed. His brows were also low set and he underwent an external browpexy. Minimally invasive techniques were used to help allow him to heal as well as possible. He has healed well with no evidence of his incisions and now looks more awake, refreshed, sees better, while having a natural looking result.

This young patient was unhappy about her lower lid “bags” and hollowing of her midface. She underwent a lower lid blepharoplasty (avoiding a skin incision) to remove the bulging fat pads. Fat grafting was done to give her more of a natural appearance and volume to her lower lids and midface.
