Hyaluronic acid filler injections (Restylane) were placed along her right upper lid to improve the hollowing and to better match the lid appearance to her left lid.

She wanted to achieve more symmetry to her upper lids. Her left upper lid had more hollowing and a blepharoplasty would not help in this situation. Injectable fillers were carefully injected along her left upper lid to improve the volume and achieve a better symmetry between the two upper lids.
