Fillers to treat lower eyelid hollowing

This patient had hollows (dark circles) in her lower lids which she wished to be improved. She also had asymmetry in her upper lids which was due to volume loss in her left brow/lid area. Hyaluronic acid fillers (Restylane) was injected to improve her lower lid dark circles and also her hollow left upper lid. Note the significant improvement in her appearance.

This patient wished to have his lower lid dark circles and hollows improved. He had volume loss along his infraorbital rim. Hyaluronic acid fillers were carefully injected along his lower lid and cheek area to improve his volume. One can really see the improvement especially when the patient looks in upgaze (which accentuates his volume loss).

This patient wished to rejuvenate her lower lids. She has lower lid aging which include prominent orbital fat and loss of volume along her infraorbital rim. Hyaluronic acid filler injections (Restylane) were performed along her lower lid/cheek area. Note the significant improvement in her lower lids. Although her “bags” are still present, they are much improved and she is very happy with her results. Ultimately she may require lower lid surgery (blepharoplasty) to further help remove her prominent “bags”. Filler treatment with Restylane injections to her left upper lid were also performed to augment her left upper lid hollowing.

This patient underwent eyelid fillers to her lower lid to help improve her appearance. Hyaluronic injectable fillers to her eyelids were used.

Side profile demonstrate the improvement in the eyelid bags, tear trough deformity (orbital rim hollowing), and midface volume. The patient only had hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers consisted of Restylane and Juvederm. This patient did not undergo any sort of eyelid surgery.
