Endoscopic Brow Lift

This patient underwent an endoscopic brow lift with endotine implants and an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. There was some excess skin on her upper eyelids and her brows were becoming heavy with the onset of ageing. An endoscopic brow lift with endotine implants and upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed with very natural results. Notice her youthful appearance and the softening effect to her eyes.

This patient had excess upper lid skin, slightly low set brows and under eye bags. She was constantly appearing tired. An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed, note that given her underlying creping, fat was repositioned to help improve this condition and give her a more refreshed appearance. She also had an endoscopic brow lift which helped open the eyes and raise the brow ever so slightly for a more youthful appearance.

She has excess skin in her upper and lower eyelids and her brows gave her eyes a heavy appearance. An endoscopic browlift with endotine implants, upper and lower eyelid surgery was performed. The browlift really helped by enhancing her fantastic results buy opening her eyes and softening her appearance. The lower eyelid blepharolasty with fat repositioning and microneedling was performed to tighten the skin.

She has excess skin on her upper lids which considerably blocked her peripheral vision. A direct lateral browlift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed for the best and most natural looking result. Excess skin was removed on the upper lids and brow area for a more refreshed appearance. This procedure was done in our office under local anesthesia and took about 2 hours.

This woman had significant hooding of her brows and eyelids, which made her appear older than she was. A minimally invasive endoscopic brow lift was beneficial in opening her eyes and setting her brows back into their natural place. An endoscopic brow lift uses small incisions behind the scalp hairline to allow for an adequate brow lift but avoiding visible scars or an overdone look. This procedure took approximately one hour and was done at a nearby surgical center. Notice the improvement in her appearance while still ensuring a natural looking result.

This patient desired to undergo a procedure that would address her upper eyelid asymmetry and lower eyelid fat pockets. An upper eyelid and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed. She also underwent a brow lift, and upper eyelid ptosis repair to help improve her eyelid position. She is nearly a year out from her procedure and has healed well with very natural looking results!
