Endoscopic Brow Lift

She had significant brow ptosis on the left side due to a complication of Bell’s Palsy. Bell’s Palsy can cause muscle weakness on one side of the face. Our patient underwent a unilateral endoscopic browlift with endotine fixation. The results were noticed right away and the patient was ecstatic about her results. Her postoperative photos were taken 3 months after surgery.

This patient wanted subtle changes but a significant improvement. Her brows were quite low in which it caused hooding of her upper eyelids and she also had lower lid eye bags. She underwent an endoscopic browlift with Endotine fixation as well as a quad blepharoplasty with CO2 laser to her lower eyelids.
