Absolutely beautiful results on this lovely patient who is only 3 weeks out from an endoscopic brow-lift in addition to an upper and lower blepharoplasty procedure with C02 laser to the lower eyelids. This is one of my signature procedures that I love to do where I am able to restore the youthful, natural look to the eyes.

Some patients may have naturally low-set brows which can cause heaviness of the upper eyelid onto the eye, however it is not due to excess skin but rather low set brows. In this case, we performed an endoscopic brow lift to raise the positioning of the brow and there was no need to remove upper eyelid skin and she is healing absolutely amazing so far only 3 months out.

She had significant brow ptosis. Her brows were quite low in which it caused hooding of her upper eyelids. She underwent an endoscopic brow lift with endotine implants and an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. The results were noticed right away and the patient was ecstatic about her results.

Our patient started to notice the asymmetry with her eyelids and other changes related to ageing. Upon examination it was determined that she could benefit from and upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty as well as an endoscopic brow lift using endotine fixation. Notice the drastic improvement that made her appear 10 years younger at least. Her postoperative photos were taken only 3 months after surgery.

Beautiful and natural results from brow lift and lower eyelid surgery. She had slight low set brows and nasal fat pad prolapse in her upper lids, and significant aging in her lower lids. Endoscopic brow lift gave her a nice improvement in her brow position. No upper lid skin was removed or necessary here. Some nasal fat pockets in her upper lids were removed though. As for her lower lids, a non visible incision approach (aka scarless/transconjunctival) was taken to remove excess fat and reposition to improve the significant hollowing she had. No filler was used post surgery in her midface either.
