A Natural Looking Blepharoplasty TM technique was used to carefully remove some the patient’s excess skin from her upper lids. The patient did not have a visible fat pocket, but she did not like her fine lines and wrinkles on her lower lids, so a chemical peel was done at the same time.

This female desired to have her excess skin remove in her upper eyelids. It was causing her to look more tired and she constantly felt that she had to raise her eyebrows to see better. An in office upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery was performed using minimally invasive techniques.

This female desired to undergo an upper eyelid surgery to improve her appearance and to allow her peripheral vision to improve. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery was performed to allow her to achieve her desires. The procedure was performed in the office under local anesthesia.

This patient had prior ptosis surgery and was left with some minor asymmetries between the upper eyelids. There was some excess skin in the upper eyelids, more so in the right medial portion of her eyelid. She also had prominent fat pockets in her lower eyelids, which were resulting in her looking constantly tired. An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed, note that given her underlying hollowing, fat was repositioned to help improve her hollowing.

Excess upper eyelid skin was bothering this patient and she wished to have her eyes more improved and rested. A minimally invasive upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to improve the patient’s appearance, while still enhancing her natural appearance.

She had excess skin in upper lids which was making her look more tired. She was also having difficulty seeing well due to the excess skin. An upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to improve her appearance and ability to see better.
