Upper Lid Blepharoplasty

This patient desired cosmetic eyelid surgery to improve her appearance. She had excess upper and lower lid skin along with heavy set brows. She underwent skin-only upper lid blepharoplasty along with lower lid blepharoplasty. An endoscopic brow lift was performed to elevate her brows to a higher position. Her post-operative photos were taken on year later and she is doing well and happy with her improved results.

This 72 year-old male had excess skin in his upper lids and wished to have them addressed while he underwent upper and lower lid surgery. He also underwent right external brow pexy to help elevate the slight droop to his right brow. An upper and lower lid blepharoplasty was performed and you can see the improvement in his appearance after surgery. The postoperative photographs were taken 3 months after surgery.

This 58 year-old male had excess skin in his upper lids, which was causing him to have difficulty seeing. He also had a tired appearance and wished to look more awake and youthful. In order to address his excess skin in his upper lids, a blepharoplasty was performed. The incision healed well and he appears more rested and youthful. He also underwent an external browpexy to help stabilize and slightly lift his brows to more natural position. A lower lid cosmetic surgery was also performed to remove his excess fat pockets and skin.

This 64 year-old male had excess skin in his upper lids, which was causing him to have difficulty seeing. He underwent removal of his excess skin through an upper lid blepharoplasty technique. This allowed him to see better while also looking more awake and youthful. He also had an upper lid brow ptosis repair at the same time through an external brow pexy approach.

This is the same patient as seen above who had left upper lid ptosis (you can see the differences well in this view of the upper lid positions) and excess lower lid skin and some prolapse of orbital fat. Note the improvement in his lower lid appearance after undergoing surgery. He has natural-looking results with a significant improvement in his lower lid “excess” skin and you can also see how the prolapsed fat pads are not present anymore.
